It is the ones we cannot work on that still haunt those of us who work on them. One of them that comes to
mind is Katrina. So much devastation. Having so many obligations sometimes keeps us from working on all of them as well as
no formal funding.
Sometimes when you work on these things for so many years you see patterns. Patterns that are not as usual
as in previous years. Thigns you might notice in pictures. We noticed a few years ago that it appeared someone or something
might be causing some of the conditions needed for a hurricane.
So after seeing so much of it we began to work on ways to counteract it. Why? To even the playing ground.
To make this a safer place to live. Each life counts, no matter what.
