In the beginning we started out with burst of green energy with some effectiveness in slowing down or turning
tornados and hurricanes. Reducing the size and speed.
We added in working on changing the cintrifical force in a reverse direction to slow it down with again
some effectiveness. Again reducing the speed.
Then in later years we found blue kinetic steady streaming of the energy worked far more effectively.
We then tried adding cold dry air. After adding this we noticed a huge change in teh effectiveness.
Today for tornados I low the temprature by 10 or so degrees while bringing in dry air to eliminate the moisture
in the air and TADA no tornado can form. I simply eliminate the conditions for it to form. Very effective with the newest
program. I have had three changes to test this theroy and it works perfectly. The sooner the better. I will add the last time
I only had enough time after they had the siren already blowing. Yet I stopped it from touching down. Now we have a technology
to speak about in my eyes.
We have never been as effective as we are finding already this year with this program.
